John is a real estate investor and developer with a background in multifamily and high-end residential projects across New England. He brings hands-on experience in acquisitions, entitlements, investor relations, cost management, and project execution.
As a founding partner of Sachem Capital Group, John leads with clarity and conviction—applying an owner’s mindset to every asset. His vision is to scale a portfolio of high-performing self-storage facilities by combining disciplined execution with long-term strategic thinking. He is committed to building lasting value for investors through smart growth, operational focus, and strong partnerships.

Michael Rauseo
Managing Partner
Michael is a seasoned real estate agent and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in deal structuring, sales and client relationships. His market knowledge and deal flow network are instrumental in identifying, analyzing and acquiring the best self-storage opportunities in the region.
Together John and Michael lead Sachem Capital with a hands on approach and a firm belief in treating every deal like it’s their own.
